Russ Whish
Russ has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, from humble beginings in the scaffold and access industry through to Health, Safety and Project Managing, with a bit of everything between.
Russ's previous role of 14 years at a refurbisment and joinery company lead him to be involved in many areas of the business in a senior capacity. Taking the knowledge and experience forward to create evoni has been the obvious next step in his journey to provide the best customer led experience and forge new relationships. Having extensive Health and Safety experience, evoni is lead from the top - with Health and Safety integral to every aspect.
After many years of a working relationship, and friendship with Pete Brewster, and Luke Bowen, being a part of the Rubix Group provided a solid foundation to build evoni. The Group's existing companies provide seamless support and integration into evoni's core services.
Those who know Russ, know his dedication to providing an excellent and efficient service from beginning to end. This integrated with the Rubix Group's services and utilisation of a state of the art joinery facility provide evoni with a recipe for success, for all involved.

Group Director
Russ has diverse knowledge and experience across many aspects of the Construction industry over 30 years specialising in refurbishment and interior fit out as a project health and safety manager in many sectors. This has lead to evoni, building on new and old relationships.
Pete Brewster
Group Director
Pete has been involved in the construction industry for over 35 years’ from early beginnings as a ‘Royal Engineer’ undertaking bridge construction projects, to now assisting clients with large-scale refurbishment and new build schemes up to a project value of £135m.
Luke Bowen
Group Director
Luke has over 15 years’ experience in the regulatory compliance industry. During this period, Luke has supported a wide variety of clients including local authorities, large educational establishments and blue-chip companies in providing assistance with asbestos and legionella compliance.
Ella Williams
Group Accounts Manager
Ella has a broad experience of accounting and operational administration and assists all five divisions within ‘Rubix Group’, ensuring that the teams are fully supported to exceed client expectations.
Jordan Macleod
Contracts Manager
Jordan has worked in environmental waste and asbestos removal for over 10 years’. During this period, he has gained extensive knowledge and valuable experience in these industries and utilises these skills in managing asbestos removal projects for a wide variety of clients across the UK.
Daniel Quinn
Project Manager
Daniel has 15 years’ experience in the asbestos industry from on-site consultancy to project management and also assisting consultancies with improving internal technical & quality management systems. Daniel has assisted a wide variety of clients in providing knowledge of the 'Control of Asbestos Regulations' along with other relevant asbestos legislation and guidance documentation.
Etienne Smith
H&S CDM Advisor
Etienne has worked within various sectors including mining, smelting and thermal insulation throughout South Africa. Since this time, Etienne moved into Health & Safety and has over 15 years’ experience in assisting clients with their Health & Safety, CDM compliance and Fire Risk Management.
Chris Padley
Site Manager
Chris is a qualified carpenter and joiner with over 35 years’ experience. From his initial training within the ‘Royal Engineers’, Chris moved on to managing multiple trades undertaking maintenance works for a national care group. Chris has also trained in asbestos removal and now manages both removal and subsequent reinstatement works.
Greg Braddick
Senior Surveyor
Greg has 10 years’ experience in the asbestos industry; undertaking Management / Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys of domestic, commercial and industrial premises.
